Under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), the Florida Department of Health and local officials, we have developed BLEAU CLEAN, a comprehensive, multi-point health & safety program.  You'll surely see some changes on property, and we wanted to make sure you knew what to expect when you arrive.  Social distancing measures, touchless sanitizer stations, thorough employee training, enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols are all in place.  To view an overview of our BLEAU CLEAN program, please click here.

The following amenities are currently open and available.


Chateau, Sorrento, Tresor and Versailles guest towers

Please note, for the safety of our Guests and Team Members, daily housekeeping service will not be available during your stay.  Additional towels and amenities are available for delivery upon request.

Pool & Beach

The Fontainebleau pools are open daily from sunrise to sundown, with food available 11AM - 6PM and beverages 10AM - 6PM.

A variety of options are available, including:

Vida, American Brasserie, open for breakfast from 7AM - 11AM Monday - Friday and 7AM - 12PM Saturday & Sunday. Vida and Blade (Sushi) will be open for lunch 12PM - 10PM Monday - Friday. 

La Cote, oceanfront Mediterranean, open for lunch and early dinner from 11AM - 6 PM daily.

Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina, casual dining, great drinks, pizzas, burgers and more, open 5 - 11PM Sunday - Thursday and 12Noon - 12AM Friday & Saturday. 

StripSteak by Michael Mina, modern Steakhouse, open 6PM - 11PM Tuesday-Thursday, and 6PM - 12AM Friday-Saturday (Closed Sunday-Monday).

Hakkasan, Cantonese, open 6PM-11PM Sunday, Monday and Thursday, and 6PM - 12AM Friday - Saturday (Closed Tuesday-Wednesday). 

Scarpetta by Scott Conant, open 6PM-11PM Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 6PM - 12AM Friday - Saturday (Closed Monday-Tuesday).

Chez Bon Bon, grab and go breakfast, lunch and dinner, open daily 6AM - 11PM

Glow, our poolside bar, open daily for beach and poolside cocktails from 10AM - 6PM

Dine-in (In Room Dining), open for breakfast 7 days a week.  7AM - 11AM Monday - Friday and 7AM - 12Noon Saturday & Sunday.

Lapis Salon, 12-6PM Daily, and 10AM-6PM Saturday & Sunday.

Fitness Center, open 6AM-8PM weekdays, 7AM-6PM weekends.  Per Miami-Dade County, all guests must wear a mask at all times while using the gym.  Fitness classes are temporarily on hold. 

FB Kids camp is currently closed. 

Please note

As part of the Miami-Dade County re-opening guidelines, guests are required to wear a mask in all common interior areas, until seated for dining.  Guests must also have a mask while outdoors, but it can be removed while at your lounge chairs, seated at outdoor dining and for swimming.
