Every cocktail tells a story at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and for National Martini Day, we have created a series of martinis that capture the unique identity of our signature restaurants and bars. The Basil Martini at Mirabella is bright and herbaceous, perfectly paired with savory meatballs. At Prime 54, we went luxe with the Caviar Royal Martini – elegant, classic, and topped with crème fraîche and caviar-stuffed olives. The Hakkatini at Hakkasan brings a refreshing twist with elderflower and grapefruit, served alongside a pan-fried chicken dumpling, and Bleau Bar will serve a Lavender Martini, the perfect cocktail to start the night or unwind from the day.
