With over 19 years of culinary experience across South Florida’s premier hospitality destinations, Chef Phillip Bryant leads the kitchen at Mirabella, the coastal Italian restaurant at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Previously, Culinary Director at Ariete Hospitality Group—where he was part of the team behind South Florida’s first Michelin Star for Ariete—and most recently Director of Culinary for Levy Restaurant Group at Kaseya Center, Chef Bryant brings a refined, ingredient-driven approach to Mirabella’s coastal Italian cuisine.
SUNDAY SUPPER
Mirabella’s Sunday Supper is a brand-new experience blending the comfort of classic Italian family dinners with the coastal elegance cuisine. The heartwarming prix fixe menu is served family-style, enhancing both the flavors and the connection around the table. Every guest will start with house-made focaccia, and then choose from the thoughtfully curated menu of appetizers and entrees. Dessert includes timeless classics such as cannoli and a decadent tiramisu.
