On October 24th & 25th, Step into Blade for a special Blade x Hakkasan culinary collaboration, where the bold, aromatic flavors of Southern China—crafted by the renowned restaurant Hakkasan—meet Blade’s signature Japanese finesse. This two-day-only pop-up features standout creations like lobster dumplings in lobster essence, crispy almond prawns, pan-fried chicken dumplings with foie gras, and traditional roasted Peking duck with Ossetra caviar, each dish a refined fusion of heritage and innovation.
