    Tony Loria

    A hospitality executive who holds more than a decade of experience in the industry, Tony Loria joined The Fontainebleau Hotel in March 2023 as the General Manager of Prime 54.  Originally from New York, Tony has managed high end steakhouses in Westchester County, Midtown Manhattan and the Upper East Side. Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Tony spent several years as a Regional Director for Saks 5th Avenue, overseeing stores on both the west and east coast.  Through his years of both hospitality service and luxury retail, Loria has gained proven leadership expertise in operations, sales, and staff development.  In his spare time, Tony is an avid golfer and baseball fan.

With this distinguished background, Chef Paley brings a wealth of culinary expertise and innovation to Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature steakhouse, amplifying its already stellar reputation.
