Chef Michael White is a five-time Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, author, and co-founder of BBianco Hospitality, a consulting, branding, design, and management firm committed to creating authentic and memorable culinary experiences. He is widely recognized for his success and stewardship in the kitchens of Chicago’s Spiaggia, Italy’s Ristorante San Domenico, New York’s Fiamma Osteria, Paranza at Atlantis Paradise Island, and Mirabella, a coastal Italian dining destination at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Allow us to introduce Bret Winograd as the General Manager of Mirabella, our new coastal Italian concept by Chef Michael White.
Bret joins us most recently from Peak Restaurant where he held the role of Assistant General Manager. Before Peak Restaurant, he held the role of General Manager at Constellation Culinary Group in The New York Historical Society Museum, and Assistant General Manager at Sinatra Restaurant.
As the General Manager of Mirabella, Bret will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering Food & Beverage service operations to ensure profitability, quality services, and guest satisfaction. Be sure to say hello if you see him during your dining experience!
