Your General Admission ticket includes entrance to the event and Premium Open Bar, available 9PM to 2AM. This ticket is reserved for guests aged 21+. General Admission tickets do not come with seating. The only way to secure a seat is to purchase a table. There are multiple table seating options available for purchase at https://fontainebleau.com/nye-david-guetta/.

This ticket includes a seated dinner buffet in the Coastal Convention Center, Premium Open Bar for 21+, complimentary sweet treat stations after dinner, silent disco, kids entertainment, DJ’s, and David Guetta livestream for the Ball Drop. Additional details on the Family Experience experience can be found below.

No. Tickets can be purchased by anyone, regardless of whether you are staying in the hotel. Staying at Fontainebleau does make the trip home easier, of course!

The David Guetta New Year’s Eve event is reserved for guests 21+ however Family Experience event tickets are available for guests of all ages.

Doors for General Admission & Tables Service open at 9PM. The first dinner seating for the Family Experience starts at 7PM, and the second seating starts at 9:30PM with both events ending at 1AM.

LIV Nightclub will be open 10PM – 5AM, and admission can be purchased separately.

Entertainment for David Guetta will begin at 9PM and end at 2AM with the Family Experience beginning at 9PM and ending at 1AM.

Guests joining us for the David Guetta 21+ event should event via the Arrivals Drive at the resort. Once inside Fontainebleau’s main Chateau lobby, you will be directed to the appropriate entrance to enter the event. Family experience guests should enter via the Costal Convention Center valet located off of Collns Avenue across the street from Radisson Resort Hotel.

If guests have not received their wristband in the mail they will nee to present their ticket, either printed or viewable on their cell phone plus a valid government issues ID.

Limited tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the night of the event if the event has not sold out. They will be sold at the same price as on our website. We strongly encourage guests to purchase tickets online and in advance as day-of availability is not guaranteed.

The event will be held rain or shine.

There are premium bars located in various locations throughout each venues experience for guests 21+.

For General Admission attendees, there will not be food available for purchase at the event. Select VIP Admission areas will include complimentary small bites. The Family Experience includes a buffet-style dinner served in the Coastal Convention Center, prior to entering the rest of the Family Experiences event areas. Additional sweet treats will be served throughout the Family Experience. We highly recommend dining beforehand. Fontainebleau offers a wide variety of incredible New Year’s Eve dining options prior to the event. Reservations are highly recommended at all our restaurants on New Year’s Eve.

There is a countdown along with a virtual ball drop, led by our artists.

Valet parking at Fontainebleau is available. Standard rates apply.

No outside seating will be allowed. Please do not bring chairs or seating with you as they will not be allowed.

Fontainebleau accepts all major credit cards.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the resort or event spaces.

ATM machines can be found in the Chateau Lobby by Timeless, Luster Gallery, the Trésor Lobby, the lower lobby by Aquamarine and inside LIV Nightclub.

The Family Experience is open to guests of all ages. Children under 5 years old receive free admission.

A seated, buffet-style dinner will be served in the Coral Ballroom at the Coastal Convention Center, with two seating options: 7PM – 9PM and 9:30PM – 11:30PM.

Guests may dine only during their designated seating window and are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before their selected seating time. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

While we will do our best to accommodate families seated together, seating arrangements are not guaranteed. Outside of dinner service, a selection of sweet treats will be available for guests to enjoy.

Yes, seating will be available throughout the Family Experience in designated areas including access to the rooftop silent disco from 10PM – 1AM, featuring cocktail-style seating and alcoholic beverages.

The Family Experience ticket ONLY grants access to the experiences within the Coastal Convention Center including a seated buffet dinner, live entertainment, a livestream of the ball drop with David Guetta, rooftop silent disco, and dedicated kids’ activities.

No. You cannot re-enter should you exit Coral Ballroom. Please ensure your family has finished your dinner first before proceeding to the family experience, as you cannot return to the Ballroom once outside.

A variety of premium bars are available for guests 21 and over, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages are available for guests under 21. Complimentary beverages are served until 1:00AM.

The Family Experience features a seated buffet dinner, live entertainment, a David Guetta ball drop livestream, rooftop silent disco, and dedicated kids’ activities.

All tickets purchased prior to Monday, December 14 will be shipped to the address provided at checkout in the form of a wristband. Those who purchased tickets after Monday, December 14 or selected pickup at checkout can pick up their wristbands at Will Call, located in Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s lobby, open Monday, December 28 through Thursday, December 31. Picking up wristbands in advance is highly recommended! Secure wristband to your wrist for smooth entry.

That’s okay! You have the option to pick up your wristband up at the Will Call. Just make sure to select that delivery method at checkout.

Will Call will be located in Fontainebleau’s main lobby at the Concierge window and will open Monday, December 28 through Thursday, December 31.

Please bring a government-issued ID and your order confirmation.

After scanning your wristband and proceeding through security at your designated entry point, there will be additional scanning stations at the entrance to each outdoor section. Your wristband will only grant you access to the area associated with the ticket type you purchased. Once you leave the event, the wristband will not be valid for re-entry.

Wristband replacement is subject to verification of the order. If you need a replacement, please bring your wristband, order number and government-issued ID to the Will Call

Yes! You still need to show a government-issued ID the night of the event for security and age verification purposes.
