We are pleased to welcome you to the online site exclusively for Fontainebleau Owners. This site will be your resource to access the latest information and tools you need as an Owner, including forms, contacts, the latest edition of your Fontainebleau Newsletter and of course the ever-popular list of Owner benefits.

OWNER BLACKOUT DATES<\/code>
Owner reservations are processed Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
For assistance you may contact the Owner Services Concierges Desks or the Condo Hotel Operations Department at (305) 535-3299.

Due to hotel availability, we are unable to accept owner reservations for the following dates:

Please note:<\/em><\/strong> that additional blackout dates may apply beyond those listed above. Reservations made within 90 days of the arrival date may be declined, so we recommend booking in advance. Also, weekends are currently experiencing high occupancy and may sell out quickly.


New Housekeeping Service Rates effective as of Monday, January 15th<\/strong> are provided below, as well as rollaway beds now being offered to Owner’s Guests at $60 per day. The frequency of Daily service being received will no longer change the rate at which the Departure Housekeeping Service will be charged.

Also note third party rental guests will not be granted complimentary parking. Checkout fees are applicable regardless of the number of days of cleaning received.

We recommend directing any questions related to reservations to our Owner Services Concierges Desk which is available daily from 7 AM to 7 PM at (305) 535-3299<\/a> or to the Condo-Hotel Operations Department at (305) 538-2000<\/a> extensions 3441\/1643\/1645 Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
