CELLAR 1954 WINE & DINNER SERIES

The resort proudly announces the launch of Cellar 1954, a Wine Series by FONTAINEBLEAU. The new monthly event pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Paying homage to the vintage year of 1954, the year that Fontainebleau Miami Beach originally opened, Cellar 1954, Wine & Dinner Series by FONTAINEBLEAU is an exclusive, monthly series featuring some of the most acclaimed winemakers, including Opus One, Dom Perignon, Kosta Browne and Verite, among others.

“We created Cellar 1954, Wine & Dinner Series by FONTAINEBLEAU for local foodies, wine lovers and resort guests to experience the best of Fontainebleau Miami Beach,” said David Mokha, Beverage Director & Head Sommelier. “Our property offers a diverse array of world class, award-winning dining options and we wanted to provide the added amenity of offering exclusive, monthly wine dinners with some of the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers.”
