On Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Michael Mina 74, dinner combines a decadent five-course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Thomas Griese with wines hand-selected and presented by Manuel Louzada, Estate Director for the prestigious Numanthia. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different varietal from the Numanthia label, selects include:
