The resort proudly presents the return of Cellar 1954, a Wine Series by FONTAINEBLEAU. Paying homage to the inception of Fontainebleau Miami Beach in 1954, the monthly event effortlessly pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature dining destinations.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at Michael Mina 74, dinner combines a decadent five course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Thomas Griese with wines hand-selected and presented by Dennis Bell, General Manager for the prestigious Lewis Cellars Winery. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different varietal from the Lewis label, selects include:  

Lewis Napa Chardonnay 2013 
Lewis Alec's Blend 2013
Lewis Ethan's Syrah Napa Valley
Lewis Mason's Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
Lewis Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
Lewis Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Magnum 2005
 

The event will begin at 7:30 PM in the restaurant’s private dining room. Seating is limited, and priced at $225++ per person excluding tax and service charge.
