Dinner combines a decadent four-course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Thomas Griese with wines hand-selected and presented by Larry Tsai, Co-Founder and Owner of the prestigious Moone-Tsai. Each of the four courses will be paired with a different varietal from the Moone-Tsai label, selects include:

MOONE-TSAI, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2011
MOONE-TSAI ‘Hillside Blend’, Howell Mountain 2011
MOONE-TSAI ‘Cor Leonis’, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2011
 

The event will begin at 7:30 PM in the restaurant’s semi-private dining room. Seating is limited, and priced at $225++ per person excluding tax and service charge.
