Dinner combines a decadent five-course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Jian H. Loo with wines hand-selected and presented by Trevor Mclachlan and Trisha Cancilla, Champagne Specialist and Regional Marketing Manager respectively of the prestigious Krug. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different champagne from the Krug label, selects include:
Krug “Grande Cuvée”
Krug Vintage 2000
Krug Vintage 2003
The event will begin at 8:00 PM in the restaurant’s private dining room. Seating is limited, and priced at $300++ per person excluding tax and service charge.
