The resort proudly presents the return of Cellar 1954, a Wine Series by FONTAINEBLEAU. Paying homage to the inception of Fontainebleau Miami Beach in 1954, the monthly event effortlessly pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature dining destinations.

Dinner combines a decadent five-course menu prepared by chef de cuisine Jian H. Loo with wines hand-selected and presented by Trevor Mclachlan and Trisha Cancilla, Champagne Specialist and Regional Marketing Manager respectively of the prestigious Krug. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different champagne from the Krug label, selects include: 

Krug “Grande Cuvée”
Krug Vintage 2000
Krug Vintage 2003
Krug Rosé 

The event will begin at 8:00 PM in the restaurant’s private dining room. Seating is limited, and priced at $300++ per person excluding tax and service charge.
