The 5,800 square foot Gym facility overlooks the freeform bow-tie pool, the Ocean Lawn and the Atlantic Ocean. This master-designed facility features advanced equipment using superior technology to strengthen and trim the body. Cardio equipment options include Life Fitness treadmills with multi-language capability and fully integrated screens. Cross-trainers will engage the upper body and arms and simultaneously exercise legs, hips and abdominals.
Prefer to pedal your way to health? A recumbent bicycle will fulfill your workout goals. Want to build strength with weights? The Gym offers a wide range of low to very heavy weights, resistance and cardio training powered by TRAZER2 as well as the Cybex Eagle, a full circuit of selectorized strength equipment.
In order to provide excellent service, Gym attendants are certified by various fitness organizations. One-on-one private sessions are available with a certified trainer or instructor. Lapis fitness and wellness specialists will assist you with scheduling your personal appointments and customizing the experience to best complement your interests.
