Emilio Pucci
In the 1950s, Emilio Pucci used his aristocratic sensibilities to revolutionize chic resort clothing. His kaleidoscopic prints soon became his signature, as did his pioneering use of fabrics like silk stretch jersey, which broke away from the era's more severe silhouette. The label is now under the directorship of Norwegian designer Peter Dundas who is elevating the Italian fashion house to cool new heights. Peter Dundas states, “My Pucci women is rock’n’roll. I see her as someone who likes to have fun, who travels a lot and is international.”
