“Bell Services did an amazing job. There was no wait for luggage. Front desk handled the rush very well. Hotel public space is exceptionally clean. Food quality in the outlets is fantastic. Every one of them. Fabulous outlets. Top of the line. Service is great in all outlets. Client used (Lapis spa) and only had great things to say. Overall it was a very successful program. Attendees loved the property. There were lots of smiling faces everywhere and (the group) looks forward to bringing more business back to Fontainebleau.”

“Satellite check in on the main drive went great. It was a smooth experience for guests. Banquet service is fantastic. True professionals. The best banquet staff (the group) has ever worked with. Scarpetta = awesome venue for VIP receptions – great service. No IT issues, worked great. Arlene (conference concierge) is awesome and the single best (the group) ever worked with. Excellent program. Fontainebleau far exceeded their expectations. It went much better and smoother than they expected. Thank you to everyone for making it happen.”
