Q  What is the Hotel Fee?    
A  A daily per room Hotel Fee of $19.95 is added to your room account and includes the following hotel services:

  • Gym access
  • Unlimited wired and wireless internet access in guestrooms and at the pools
  • Daily newspaper (available at Front Desk)
  • Local and toll free numbered calls
  • Beach chair for each registered guest in party

Q What do I need to check in to the Hotel?   
A Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a valid picture ID and a major credit card. Your credit card will be authorized for a $150 per day security deposit for incidental charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear back on your account. If using a debit card, $150 per number of nights you are staying will be withdrawn from your account immediately. Unused charges will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days from departure date.

Q What if I do not have a major credit card at check-in?   
A As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid. If room and tax have been pre-paid then a deposit of $600 will be required. US Citizens will be refunded via mail in the form of a check. International guests will be refunded upon checkout after assessment of guest folio.

Q What time is check-in & check out?   
A Standard check-in time is 4 PM, however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready after 4pm. Our standard check-out time is 11 AM. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.   

Q Are pets welcome?   
A Yes. Pets up to 50 pounds and Non-aggressive domestic pets are welcome. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee required.  

Q Is there smoking allowed in the hotel?   
A Fontainebleau is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas outside. There will be a $250 fee for smoking in the guestroom.

Q Do registered guests of the hotel receive preferred access to LIV nightclub?
A Admission to LIV nightclub is not guaranteed. An admission fee and upscale dress code apply. Please note that LIV may be closed to the public due to occasional special events or private parties. LIV management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone, in its sole discretion.

Q What other fees may apply?
A These are common fees guests inquire about:

  • Overnight Valet: $39 + tax / per day
  • Oversize vehicles $69+ tax per day
  • Vehicles with advertisement- need to be approved by hotel marketing
  • Roll-Away Fee: $45 + tax / per day
  • Fridge $75 per week ($20 per day) 
  • Additional Guests: $30 additional per guest 18 years and older over two guests in the room up to the maximum occupancy for the room type booked   
  • Cribs: no fee
Q Is it possible to send packages ordered online to the hotel prior to arrival, and is there a charge?
Up to five (5) packages ordered online may be sent prior to arrival. A $4.00 fee will be charged per box received If you exceed five (5) packages
