Philip Goldfarb, President and Chief Operating Officer at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, brings decades of hospitality industry experience to the iconic hotel. In this role, Goldfarb oversees all aspects of the oceanfront resort, with more than 20 acres and over 1,500 rooms and suites. Under Goldfarb’s leadership, Fontainebleau launched BleauLive, the hotel’s entertainment platform that merges one-of-a-kind vacation experiences with performances by top musical artists. He has also been instrumental in numerous resort physical plant enhancements, including new restaurant concepts and multi-million-dollar renovations of guest room towers.

Mary Rogers, Vice President of Operations, Rooms

As Vice President of Operations- Rooms at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Mary Rogers oversees 750 team members in the Rooms-Operations Division, which includes Front Office, Front Services, Reservations, VIP Services, Concierge Services, Guest Relations, Call Center, Valet Parking, Housekeeping, Internal Maintenance, Wardrobe, Condo-Hotel Operations, The Shops at Fontainebleau and Lapis Spa and Salon.

Molina has 20 years of experience in human resources management that spans the retail, sports entertainment and hospitality industries.

John Garland, Vice President of Finance

With more than 30 years of financial hospitality experience, John Garland brings expertise in driving efficiency and productivity to Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Garland’s track record includes 11 years working with Starwood Hotels and resort properties including Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida, The Westin Aruba Resort, The Westin/Sheraton Our Lucaya Resort on Grand Bahama Island, and The St. Regis Hotel in Aspen, Colorado. Most recently, John served as Vice President of Finance at Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas, where he played a crucial role in setting record property profitability in both the first and second years in his position. John earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University Fullerton

With more than 20 years of professional experience spanning the globe working for some of the world’s most prestigious resorts, Chef Thomas Connell’s innovative and creative approach to the restaurant and hospitality industry is unmatched. As the Vice President of Culinary Operations of Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Connell is responsible for every aspect of the resort’s food and beverage operations including menu design, training and food production as well as managing catering support for the 150,000 square feet of conference and event space.

Adam Klein, Director of Capital Projects

Adam Klein has served as the Director of Capital Projects at Fontainebleau Miami Beach since May 2013. In that role, Klein is responsible for Fontainebleau capital projects, planning and development. From 2010 to 2012, Klein served as Director of Condo-Hotel Operations, overseeing 748 condo-hotel rooms and residences in the Trésor and Sorrento towers.
