heat treatments
The H indicates a heat treatment. Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure or suffer from coronary illness are urged to not partake of these treatments and amenities. For guidance, please consult a spa associate.
how early should i arrive?
Arrive early. We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in, change and acclimate to the spa environment. To experience a Lapis Ritual Water Journey prior to your treatment, arrive one hour in advance.
what should i wear?
No jewelry please. Wear comfortable, casual clothing. We urge you to bring a bathing suit to take full advantage of the co-ed areas.
will i be expected to disrobe for a spa treatment?
Above all, we want you to be comfortable. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their spa services, but you may wear a swimsuit or undergarments if you wish. Your preferences will be respected.
what should i bring?
To ensure the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them safe in your guestroom. If you are not a resort guest, lockers are available for personal items. Lapis does not assume any liability for valuables.
how do i prepare for my treatment?
Showering is essential prior to entering any of the communal water amenities and before any treatment. Clean skin is able to better absorb beneficial extracts and oils.
may i use the spa if i am pregnant?
Certainly. You will, however, want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat. Please notify us of your due date when booking your appointment so that we can assist in determining the best treatments for you.

Your health is important to us. If you are pregnant or have any allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, please let us know so that we can help you to choose the best treatments for you.
